Warranties

We strive to provide excellent support for all our products, and they are backed by a return-to-base manufacturer’s warranty, the length of which may vary depending on the product and supplier. If you encounter a faulty product, please follow the simple steps outlined below:

  • Contact us by phone at  (+64) 9 298 5186 or via email at bmhc@xtra.co.nz to explain the situation. It would be helpful if you have a copy of your invoice/receipt on hand.
  • Return the product to our shop located at 303 Great South Road, Takanini, Auckland 2112, New Zealand.
  • Upon receipt, we will assess the product and take appropriate action, which may involve replacing, repairing, or refunding it.
  • Return freight, if applicable, will be your responsibility.
  • Please note that the manufacturer warranty does not cover operator error, misuse, or modifications.

Returns or Refunds: If you have ordered an incorrect part or product, we are here to assist you in finding a solution. Our returns policy allows for returns within 30 days of purchase. However, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Return freight will be at your expense.
  • We do not charge a restocking fee for common items that we stock.
  • For “indent” parts (specially ordered for you), a minimum restocking fee of 20% will apply.
  • For certain specialist or unique items that we are unable to return to our suppliers, a restocking fee of 50% will apply.
  • Freight charges are only credited if we made an error and sent you the incorrect part.
